You agree not to:

• misuse, copy or redistribute any website content without written permission
• attempt to interfere with our website security or functionality

All text, visuals, graphics and trademarks on aivanordic.com are the intellectual property of AIVA Nordic unless otherwise stated.

AIVA Nordic provides custom AI-assisted content created with a combination of:

• high-end AI tools
• human artistic direction
• brand analysis and creative judgment

While we use AI in our process, all final decisions, curation, editing and quality control are performed by humans.

4. Orders & Project Process

When you request a project:

1. You submit your inquiry through our contact form or email.
2. We review your needs and send a structured follow-up or offer a short discovery call if necessary.
3. You receive a tailored package recommendation and price offer.
4. Work begins once payment and agreement are confirmed.
5. You receive your deliverables within the timeframe listed for the chosen package.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, brand guidelines, examples and inspiration needed for us to complete the work.

Delays in receiving required materials may delay delivery.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Starter: 3–5 business days
• Growth: 5–7 business days
• Pro: 7–10 business days

These timelines begin once all necessary information is received and payment is confirmed.

Delays caused by incomplete information or late responses from the client are not AIVA Nordic’s responsibility.

6. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds:

• Starter: 1 revision
• Growth: 2 revisions
• Pro: 2 revisions

Revisions must be requested within 7 days after delivery.
Additional revisions may be purchased separately.

Revisions apply to small adjustments, not full redesigns or concept changes.

7. AI Usage & Limitations

By working with AIVA Nordic, you understand and accept:

• AI-generated images may have limitations compared to traditional photography
• Some concepts or visuals may not be feasible due to ethical or technical constraints
• We cannot create avatars or images of real people without explicit permission
• We will not produce illegal, discriminatory, harmful or unsafe content

We follow Norwegian and international guidelines for responsible AI use.

8. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you receive:

• a commercial license to use the visuals we create
• the right to publish them on your website, social media, ads and other brand channels

AIVA Nordic retains:

• the right to use non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• rights to underlying AI models, prompts, processes and internal tools

You may not resell or redistribute our work as templates, stock content or AI training material.

9. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed before work begins.
We accept payment via invoice or secure digital payment link.

All prices are listed excluding VAT (mva), unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay invoices may result in paused or cancelled work.

10. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our work, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind
• dissatisfaction with aesthetic preferences after concepts are approved
• delays caused by client-side issues

We always aim for high quality and provide revisions to ensure client satisfaction.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all brand information, guidelines and materials with confidentiality.
We do not share sensitive files or internal brand information with third parties.

If clients require a separate NDA, this can be arranged upon request.

12. Portfolio Usage

Unless you request otherwise in writing before the project starts, AIVA Nordic may:

• display your visuals on our website
• use anonymized examples in marketing materials
• showcase case studies on social media

We will never share confidential internal data.

13. Limitation of Liability

AIVA Nordic is not liable for:

• business outcomes, sales results or performance changes
• issues arising from platform policies (Instagram, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• delays caused by factors outside our control
• any indirect or consequential damages

Our responsibility is limited to the work agreed upon in your package.

14. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate the agreement before work begins.
Once work has started and payment is made, no refunds apply.

If a client violates these Terms, AIVA Nordic may terminate ongoing services immediately.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes will be resolved under Norwegian jurisdiction.
